Carl,

give it a go as it only takes a few minutes and you might get a substantial lift with your communications

When you leave a comment here you can link back to your website and the more links you have the more Google and other serch engines will take note and push you up the rankings. Remember it is all about visibility.

Sharon,

it is a lottery, so everyone has an equal chance. All you have to do is fill it in -there is no selling, just facts about your company. It takes less than 5 minutes

The thinking is to help the creative sector: get companies that have never used PR, marketing or digital acquainted with what they can offer and in so doing promote the sector

I will be filling in my application this weekend. If you've any useful hints on how to make the best possible job of it, I'd be very appreciative. We weren't selected last time: is it a 'lottery'? I know of one or two companies who've benefited greatly...itr really is a 'no-brainer'. On the other hand I know of many more companies who haven't heard of it. What exactly is the thinking behind it? And from where exactly does the funding originate?
